I am on a mission to change the world of education. I am searching for over people that share my passion! I'm ready for a new adventure! I am an educational technology specialist with a growth mindset who focuses on the best practices in teaching and learning with technology to create teacher-student partnership classrooms preparing students for their digital future. I am a visionary leader guiding districts and organizations through the process of appropriate technology integration, making the connection between teaching and learning, standards, personalizing learning, and technology tools and resources. I am an author/co-author of twelve books focused on teaching and learning with technology. I organized the #NOWclassrooms series of 5 books which I co-authored with 26 practicing educators. The books organize technology integration from kindergarten through high school. The cutting edge series of books are aligned to the ISTE standards, tied to curriculum, research-based, and practical. The five books are through Solution Tree Press. I am a professional development specialist leading small groups or auditoriums of educators with interactive professional development that is practical, fun, and focused on immediate classroom change in teaching and learning with technology. I am a problem-solver skilled at identifying the obstacles to change in education, including technical problems, service, cultural, instructional, or leadership. I am skilled at organizing the issues and creating a strategic plan for change over time working within the vision of the school district or organization. I am a conference speaker at regional, state, national, and international conferences, including ICE, FETC, ISTE, Learning Forward, ASCD, and HBE in Australia.
